If you are a sports enthusiast, you can use your member’s discount for a discount on items such as skis, snowboards, or any other equipment not covered by your insurance. Need vitamins? Non-prescription drugs? Discounts are available through member discounts. And to encourage you to maintain your health lifestyle, member discount reimburses for up to 50% for expenses such as:

• School sports athletic user fees

To be eligible for reimbursement, you must be an enrolled member.

To get your reimbursement, fill out the reimbursement form. Include documentation from the club, facility, program, or event showing dates and member(s) enrolled. Also include original receipts from the club, facility, or event, or copies of bank/credit statements if paid by electronic funds transfer.
