Individual plan members can pay their bills using one of these five convenient options.
Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT).
Having an AFT takes the hassle out of having to remember to pay your regular monthly bill. Recurring payments are scheduled for processing the first Thursday of each month.
Member Services Portal online payments.
With the Member Services Portal you can transfer money from your checking, savings, or your debit or credit Visa/Mastercard. You can schedule either one-time bill payments, or a series of recurring payments for policy coverage.
Pay by Phone.
Call 1-800-555-1212 (toll free directory assistance) to use our automated payment system at any time. You can transfer payment from your checking, savings, or your debit or credit Visa/Mastercard.
Pay online via your bank.
You can use your own bank’s bill pay system to pay Member Services Portal. Be sure to enter your MSP ID number in the account field to ensure that your payment is applied to the correct account.
Send a check by mail.
You can always send a check by mail. To ensure prompt and accurate processing, be sure to write your MSP ID number on your check. Our address is:
