Provider Search

Health-Gen is accepted by doctors and hospitals where you work and live.

First, enter your zip code. Then you can search by either provider or specialty. If you search by provider, select from provider options such as primary care provider (PCP), specialists, behavioral health providers, hospitals, or other care providers.

If you search by specialty, select from the options such as internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dermatology, ophthalmology, optometry, physical therapy, psychiatry, psychology, or surgery.

When you click on the link, all of the providers in that area will appear on the screen. Additional information about that provider may also be displayed, such as whether or not they are accepting new patients, their address, and their telephone number.
